Thank you for shopping at ElectricCycle! We want to make sure you are happy and have a rewarding overall experience after purchasing our products. That being said, we have some details about our Shipping and Return policies below.
Shipping Policy
Electric Bikes are a little bit big and heavy for shipping, so we send all our bikes using a Freight LTL service. All shipments will require a delivery appt. so please double check you included the right e-mail and phone number so our Freight carrier can arrange your delivery! ElectricCycle will provide liftgate services for those who need it, but any other services will be done at your own expense (such as inside deliveries).
Because we use Freight LTL, sometimes not all locations are deliverable. We will let you know and ask for an alternative address in case we can't deliver to where you are living.
We ship Freight once a week, so after you place your order and receive your order confirmation, it will ship within 1-5 business days, depending on which day you ordered.
Any international shipment that has been shipped cannot be refunded or cancelled.
Warranty Policy
Electric Cycle offers a Limited Warranty on their products.
Bikes are large and expensive to ship, and once you ride it it is used, and we do not offer any returns on your bike unless it is dead on arrival. We are not a rental store, and highly recommend doing your research before completing your purchase with us. If a bike has a minor cosmetic issue (such as a scratch, or chip on the paint), we will attempt to come to a reasonable discount but this is not grounds for warranty replacement or for a return.
For 30 days after the delivery date we can replace any part that is deemed defective from manufacturing.
The power system (motor, controller, display and battery) has a 3 month limited warranty.
We do have exclusions for normal wear components (such as bearings, seals, chain, brake components, suspension valving), as well as misuse or failure caused by damages due to accident, collisions, or neglect. Misuse also includes altering any wiring, or installing any non-genuine parts, as well as any use for racing. Any misuse in charging, storing, or discharging will void this limited warranty. Limited warranty are non-transferable and you must have proof of purchase from us, Electric Cycle.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected to be, and in that unlike event we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
- Once you receive a shipping notification, it is too late to cancel the order and you must request a return.
- We accept returns within 30 days of original ship date as long as the item is in the original sealed product box, unopened, and undamaged.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns
- We may elect to not accept or authorize return of products that are not in their unopened, original packaging, or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components.
- Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete (including the “original sealed” product box, with the unit in its original packing materials) and undamaged. Your purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be refunded to you. We do not refund any shipping costs.
